Bad Companies, Bad Marriages

I think my favorite element of Kathy Sierra’s insightful blog posts would be her use of imagery (the image on the right is a mini version of hers — check the post for the big enchilada). She spends a lot of her blogging time drilling one simple concept in our heads: treat your customers with respect. It says a lot about her personality for her to inject humor into serious (I wouldn’t say ‘dry’ because of Kathy’s stellar treatment) business concepts, almost universal tips for any client or customer relationship. She’s delivering the keynote at SXSWi this year.
